SHELDON LYKES

Lykes Bros 1963-built general cargo ship SHELDON LYKES as shown while underway on the Mississippi River off New Orleans in October 1980. Sold to the US Governement in 1986, she worked for a while as CAPE COD but has spent most of her time in the James River Reserve Fleet where I think she is still a resident.
