il DISCOVERY, ex Sea Ventura, poi Island Ventura, fu costruito nei Chantiers de L'atlantique di S.T Nazaire nel 1971 per la Flaghing Cruises, con la gemella Sea Ventura, più conosciuta come Pacific Princess, oggi sotto sequestro a Genova con il nome Pacific, causa crossi problemi di AMIANTO.
