The Floriano served for almost four decades in the Brazilean Navy with several domestic and international voyages in Brazil returning the visit of several ships of another navies at the time when the President Prudencio de Moraes was named president of the nation. In 1934 this ship was decommisioned from the Amazonas Flotilla and laid up.
