CESARE BATTISTI

Transatlantica Italiana Line steamship built 1922 by G. Ansaldo & Co. at Sestri Ponente. Destroyed by an explosion aboard while in the harbor of Massaua, Eritrea in December 1936. 26 people were killed and about 100 were injured.
