JACQUES-CARTIER

Trois-Rivières-based river tour boat JACQUES-CARTIER departs Verchères for a 5-hour trip on the St.Lawrence River on May 20, 2005. She was originally built as a ferry in 1924 serving on the Baie Ste.Catherine-Tadoussac run across the mouth of the Saguenay River. Nothing much is left of her ferry days however after several rebuilds over the years.
